Hey Randy: ASC / NSBA Jan. 4 -- Need more info

"The Appalachain Striper Club will help kick off the 2003 season for the NSBA. The tournament will be on Jan.4th at Hartwell Marina, with a $3000.00 pay-out for 1st place . We will release more details in a few days."

I apologize if I missed the follow up to this but I have looked and haven't been able to find any more info about this tournament.
How many fish do we weigh in?
Do we have to have a keep alive tank to win the most?
Is the payout dependent on the number of boats entries?
What is 2'nd & 3rd, prize, etc.?
Other details?
