Fished Oconee pt thru twin lakes up to the bridge, seems to be a lot of bait around but no concentrations of fish. We did pick up two, one 9lbs. I usually fish clarks hill and this is my first trip to hartwell in a while. I am in town for the holidays. Any other suggestions for hartwell. Where are the red banks? SUre are a lot of trees in the Seneca river. You guys suggest going up river further or down towards I-85?
