I live about 9 or 10 miles east of Asheville. I buy them at Franklin's in West Asheville on Haywood rd. They have several sytles usually in stock. I used to buy them at Hoyetts at Lake Jocassee, but after I moved my boat to Hartwell, I get them at Franklins. They are hard to find and I don't know of any mail order/catalog where you can order them.
