My net is 6' radius, 12' open. I was in 30 foot of water, any advice on how long you wait before you pull it up after a cast? All the way the bottom?, A few feet? My net seems to sink slowly.
Does turning off the light keep them from seeing the net? Do you thing the gold hook approach will get me 3 doz herring in an hour or so, or do I need to forget harvesting my bait altogether and find another approach?
