If you are referring to the “pee” indicator, I have seen the tubing get clogged with sand/mud. Insects may also build A nest up in the hole too. On my friends Honda, we removed the cowling, found the tubing and plastic fittings. Took them apart. Scraped them out with an ice pick and blew out with air. They were clogged with sand where he had run in mud. Restored to peeing just fine.
