If you are interested in making an at-home bait tank, Big Macs Barrels in Elberton has lots of food grade barrels and cubical totes that fit the bill and won't break the bank. They are located next to Sportsman's Supply on Hwy 72 just outside Elberton. Lots of different sizes and colors, with uses from bait tanks to bio filters to cisterns to deer corn feeders, etc. The labels are still on the tanks/barrels, so you can see what they originally contained. I have bought several tanks/barrels from the owner, Phil McLanahan, and he has been very helpful. His phone number is 706-498-5366 if interested. He also has his tanks on Craigs List. Unsure about how to build an at-home bait tank? Check out YouTube for several good, inexpensive designs. I have a 300 gal tote that I use in the cooler months for shad and herring, and its great for saving bait instead of discarding at the end of the weekend. FYI.
