The last couple of trips I've fished the mid to upper lake. The ramps at Cooter Creek, Modoc (formerly Morrah's), and Bobby Brown are still serviceable. If you contact the Clarks Hill (J. Strom Thurmond) Resource Manager's Office, they will let you know which ramps are still open and which are closed. Don't let the cold weather or low water stop you. The fish are biting!
