Best Creeks on Hartwell

I'm planning a Saturday morning trip to look for bait and hopefully stripers. Based on any past trips, which creeks might provide a better opportunity to run across some fish? I can begin my search in either the Seneca or Tugaloo. I appreciate the help and hope I can return the favor.
