I would like to clearify some thing. WAAS is a corrective signal received by the GPS that allows it to be more precise. It does not require another antenna but it does require a GPS that is enabled for the signal. FHS does not require WAAS and WAAS does not require FHS. They are two seperate services and/or softwares that can work together. I plan on getting FHS for my 162 as soon as it is available for SC. I have just upgraded my 162 for WAAS. I like to have plenty of toys to play with when the fish don't bite. Good luck....
