Warren I'd like to get a look at the cast you are talking about. Wade I just got a supper pro 10' 1/2" I love it, I can't say that i can throw it all that good but i do OK from my jon boat. Only thing is if i'm in my pontoon. it's way too much net. I'm thinking of dropping to a 8 footer, or going to baits Blue 7 or 8' those are 1.2# per foot. mine is 1.5 and man will it sink. I'd sell my net for the price of an 8 footer. should save you about 30-35 bucks. but shipping may kill that. where are you located? i'm north of Charlotte.
