Good response already to your question. But just in case you were asking about ramps in close proximity to the "other dam" (RBR), the ramp at Bobby Brown park is usable although the dock is just barely in the water. The ramp at Morrah's (sometimes called modoc)is open BUT the aquatic weed growth in that area is unreal. There are mats of slender pondweed that stretch for acres. You are pretty much confined to motoring the channel now. I've seen that stuff bog down trolling motors and outboards! But there is bait there in great abundance.
