Thurmond lake is currently at 318.12 ft.
The end of the Parksville ramp is at 312.5 ft and open.
The end of the Modoc ramp is 313.5 ft and open (the Modoc Campground ramp is closed)
I'm not familar with the ramps closer to the dam but you can check them out on the "Boat Ramps" link at the top of StriperBoard's main page.
