Using Live Blueback herring on Lake Lanier

Thanks to a new friend, who turned out to be an old friend (Jim Vaughan), I have just confirmed that the GA DNR repealled the law preventing the possession of live blueback herring as bait on Lake Lanier effective November 1, 2000.

We can now use blueback on Lanier without it being illegal.
